File Checklist Information

Below is some helpful information about our printing process. If you’re unsure or need help, please call us on 0118 380 5390 or email us to discuss.

FILE TYPES

We accept JPEGS, TIFFs or Photoshop PSD file formats. PDFs must be rasterised first. Files must be flattened before sending to us.

DPI

Files must be saved at 300dpi at the dimensions you want them printed. For the best way to prepare your files, please call us on 0118 380 5390  or contact us for help and guidance.

SIZE / DIMENSIONS

Files must be sized to the exact print size you require, including any borders that you wish to have. They must be sized correctly before sending to us. If you need help doing this please let us know.

COLOUR SPACE

Files should be saved in Adobe RGB or sRGB format.

SENDING FILES

Files can be sent to us via WeTransfer, Dropbox or just in an email. If you would like to drop off the files in person please call us on 0118 380 5390 or email us to arrange an appointment to do so.

PRODUCTION TIME

Turnaround normally is 3-5 working days in the studio, from receipt of your order, artwork and payment. These times can vary and change so please let us know if you need something quicker.
